Starts with the East

At Eastern Navajo Fair, we celebrate the rich cultural heritage of the Navajo people. Our events highlight traditional practices and foster greater appreciation for culture, community, and kinship. Volunteers enjoy connecting with all visitors and developing skills made for good use in their professions.
We are currently seeking coordinators and executive board members to help plan the 48th fair. For more information contact Camillia Perry, ENF Secretary at 505-556-7766

Volunteering benefits the community by filling essential service gaps, strengthening social connections and civic engagement, and empowering residents. Volunteers provide services that might otherwise be unavailable, such as food for the hungry or support for the elderly, while also fostering a sense of unity and purpose through shared activities like park cleanups or disaster relief. This increases a community's overall resilience and quality of life, while also building social capital and a greater sense of collective responsibility.
Whether you volunteer for our fair or at a senior center, animal shelter, or your children's school, you are a hero!
