Fair parades are an important part of our community.  How are they important?Well events like the Eastern Navajo Fair Parade physically bring communities together, celebrate local heritage, and boost the regional economy. By showcasing groups like marching bands, local businesses, and cultural traditions, these processions foster social cohesion, pass down customs to younger generations, and create a shared sense of belonging.  

Our parade serves as a platform for educating students from Navajo Technical University through the Student Business Club, a chapter of AIBL. The university's School of Business and Public Administration program are continually seeking ways to enhance the educational experience of our students.

Event management benefits students by developing practical skills such as leadership, budgeting, and time management, while fostering professional networking opportunities with industry experts. It enhances engagement, strengthens resumes with real-world experience, and sharpens problem-solving and communication abilities essential for career readiness. 

This year's event is proudly hosted by NTU's very own Student Business Club.

The safety of all is our priority for this event and we wish to do so while allowing all who participate have a great time and make memories that will last a lifetime.  

The ENF Parade committee will be diligently working with our local safety professionals with our local police district and Indian Health Services.  However, safety begins

The ENF Parade committee will be diligently working with our local safety professionals with our local police district and Indian Health Services.  However, safety begins at home, with ensuring that if you see, hear, or witness of any suspect  behavior say something and report it to authorities.

Furthermore, driving under the influence has been the major issue parades in our communities have grappled with.  Don't drive drunk and don't allow others to as well.  The next life you might save just may be yours or someone you care deeply about.
